Each item is handmade by the Luxe Pillow Palace team here in our studio, so please allow 3-5 business days for your product to be created. This does not include weekends or holidays. When production is complete, a notification is sent that includes a tracking number. Please note that production time and shipping time is completely different. We cannot guarantee delivery time.That will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Most of our products are machine washable. Care instructions are included in all order packages. 

Inserts or forms are NOT automatically included. You may select to include and purchase an insert in the drop down menu. If you do not select to add an insert to your order in the drop down menu, you will receive a pillow cover only. Our pillow covers are made with a zipper closure on the bottom. 

An insert is the pillow form that fills the pillow cover that you are purchasing from Luxe Pillow Palace and what makes the pillow cover a complete, stuffed pillow. We offer poly/cotton pillow inserts.
